| Never gonna happen. At least not here in America. Besides, how are cops gonna make money if there's no modified cars to pull over? _________________ flickr CarDomain facebook | |

| It's called a mod-plate or engineer's certificate over here (depends on which state you're in), but there are some minor mods which are allowed without certification (new wheels, slightly lowered suspension, mild engine mods etc).
Australia has some of the toughest car modification laws in the world, yet we still do it... _________________ AE102 - Charlene the Old Faithful 71.7kw atw, amassing awesome JDM optionsJZZ30 - Lexi the Spacecruiser 1JZGTE>>3SGE. Australia has some of the toughest car modification laws in the world, yet we still do it... its still gotta be a pain in the arse though right? Isn't everything to do with cars a pain in the arse? A lot of people don't bother getting certified for "hidden" mods (ie ones that aren't immediately obvious in a roadside inspection), since our annual (in NSW) roadworthy inspection tests don't check illegal modifications, just brakes/lights/leaks/rust etc, you can get away with quite a lot as long as you don't drive like an idiot and be courteous to any cop who pulls you over. Drive like a hoon though and you'll get read the riot act and the car will be gone over with a fine-toothed comb. | |

| most of the cops over here when they pull you over automatically thingk your a goon and thats before they even talk to you well i just hope it doesnt take place I think it will stop a lot of mods and will be damn right upsetting _________________ | |
