Give me the money and it'll happen tomorrow I should have a big bonus (~$8k before tax) coming in March/April, so a lot of that should be going on the car (or paying off the credit card, which can then be used to pay for stuff on the car)

| it looks good bro but remember this once u put these on and decide to remove them then the adhesive whch will remain behind will ruin the plastic and also if u have alot of sunlight and after one year u decide to remove it the plastic shade will vary from the exposed and non exposed areas.......and im saying this by personel experience we had to colour the white corollas inside panels red because it had this installed but when removed destroyed the plastic finish _________________ | |

| I think it looks pretty cool, but would look better if it weren't wood grain on black. It's all up to your personal taste though. _________________ Facebook | |

| That's why I couldn't say no...
Fading probably won't be a problem, my dash has already seen 15 years of Australian sun through an un-tinted windscreen, so any fading would have happened long ago (the wood will probably fade though). Got to get my windows tinted soon anyway, might wait until that to see what the interior light levels are like. _________________ AE102 - Charlene the Old Faithful 71.7kw atw, amassing awesome JDM optionsJZZ30 - Lexi the Spacecruiser 1JZGTE>>3SGE. | I like it. The parts seem to have a high quality fit and finish, they LOOK good. Heck, I even had one of those installed in my car! I liked it

The benefit of OEM....then again, they look better in the box, especially the headunit/centre-vent/HVAC panel, which lightens up a lot when the sunlight hits it on an angle.

| I personally prefer a dark color... mine were very dark brown, almost black even! But I loved how smooth and glossy they were.
Are these pieces hard/rigid, or flexible?

| They're a bit flexible, they have to be since they're essentially flat and the dash obviously isn't... _________________ AE102 - Charlene the Old Faithful 71.7kw atw, amassing awesome JDM optionsJZZ30 - Lexi the Spacecruiser 1JZGTE>>3SGE. | Maybe originally, but these had been flat-packed in foam for a while, might hit them with the hairdryer as a test, see if that gets some of the bend back. Last thing I'd want would be for them to peel off because they're trying to straighten up. _________________ AE102 - Charlene the Old Faithful 71.7kw atw, amassing awesome JDM optionsJZZ30 - Lexi the Spacecruiser 1JZGTE>>3SGE. | Last one is an onboard HDR shot, +-3EV (wishing I'd taken it at +-1.5, the highlights are a little too blown out), was only using my 18-55 kit lens so would have been wide open (f/3.5), even then I was struggling all night to get decent photos without shadows or noise....got my bonus coming up in 2 weeks so probably going to splurge on a 35/50mm fast prime for night shots _________________ AE102 - Charlene the Old Faithful 71.7kw atw, amassing awesome JDM optionsJZZ30 - Lexi the Spacecruiser 1JZGTE>>3SGE. It's abandoned in the sense that the whole project never really started - the entire site is just bushland except for one substation and an aluminium company (which is still operating). No empty/decaying/torn-down buildings etc, not even cleared lots (and a couple of the roads weren't even finished, so there's a few intersections/roundabouts that lead nowhere) Or do you mean the railway sheds? That's a place called Carriageworks, it's the old Eveleigh railway yards, the main line still runs through the middle - the far side is the Australian Technology Park which has a bunch of TV studios, start-up tech compaies etc, and the Carriageworks side is a multi-purpose arts venue, just happens to retain the old facade which makes it great for photoshoots. | |
