Doesn't help that its white either lol. Thats pretty good that you were able to polish up that intake from the state it was in. Looks about the same condition as mine (more or less), but mine has a lot of rusty connections/bolts and oil spilled all over the valve cover

If you wouldn't mind kickfli12, could you make just a brief write up on how you cleaned it up. You could post it in the engines or detailing section of the threads if you want. No rush though

So I went for a drive and took HOARDS of pics with all of the leaves turning colours now. Theres so many, I think I will make a separate thread lol

Yeah man, I will when I order a new kit, I have like four valve covers in my garage so I can try some different sanding techniques to maybe cut the time. And even if it doesn't go as well as planned ill have four really clean valve covers to sell

Cool! maybe I might just buy a valve cover off you then lol. ...Though I kinda wanted to do the work myself. I like doing my own work and painting. Thanks for the help though man

Its hard to get any detail without removing stuff, but if you want I could probably zoom in a bit more next time so you can get an idea of the shape so you can make one..anywho, here you go Shehroze:

Then me and my buddy drove around looking for some good spots for pics:






Surprisingly, we couldn't find any roads with big patches of leaves so we could do the "drive through leaves thing" but we found that cool bridge. We also showed up late to the drifts so there werent as many cars there (well, there were, they just werent running anymore lol). I have more drift pics, but there not so great.

I think that IS300 (grey one) did start out with a rear bumper at one point, but yes, it does kind of look like yours, and yes, I imagine my 300 buddy would love his car looking the same colour as the IS300's rear wheels lol, there so bright (love how you can still see them through all of that thick smoke around the last turn on the drift track)

and that big mess of wires belong to my LED interior lights

And did anybody notice the droplets of beer being poured on the white rx7? lol Im so impressed with that pic, tha rx7 was probably doing 120-140 exiting that corner (made me wanna take a step back but glad I didn't and held my ground for the shot).

I need to reorganize my photobucket account because I have too many albums and pics that are in the wrong albums. Hopefully it wont crash my most recent pics, but I sense that all of my old pics will get messed up.

Nooooo!! I dont anticipate getting my spoiler installed till probably next year (too many other priorities) so I think Im gonna loose the race Plus Im unhappy with my paint job and I want to buy a real spray gun and paint it properly.

I am kinda glad to hear that you will be installing yours soon, it should look awesome
