| Hey everyone, I'm trying to find a console clock for my RHD Corolla. On all Australian models they don't have a clock, so I assume the wiring probably has to connect to the headunit. My questions are: 1. Is there anyone selling the RHD clock? Otherwise; 2. What is the part number for the RHD clock? I know that there are two designs of the clock, depending on whether the Corolla is LHD or RHD, and their differences may be crucial to fitting into the console. A clock would definitely look better than the false air vent that all the Australian Corollas got. In case anyone doesn't know what the false air vent is, here it is on my Corolla; | |

| Australian-delivered (but Jap-made) Sprinter liftbacks had the clock, but they're not exactly common at wreckers. Also, as you mentioned the wiring isn't there in our models so you need to manually patch it in to the headunit wiring (need battery +12V, ignition +12V, dash illumination, ground), not a difficult job and if you're using ISO adaptor harnesses for your headunit then you can do it without touching the factory wiring (if you ever want to return to stock). Definitely need the RHD version too, although the vent looks symmetrical the clock itself isn't. The numbers VicSierraV listed match the Sprinter clock, can't remember which of the two I have but I _think_ it's the Jeco
I've had mine for years, sooooo much better than that stupid dummy vent. _________________ AE102 - Charlene the Old Faithful 71.7kw atw, amassing awesome JDM optionsJZZ30 - Lexi the Spacecruiser 1JZGTE>>3SGE. | Thanks for all your help everyone. I figured out which was which and that eBay link was just what the doctor ordered. I'll be back once more when I get around to installing the Dash Clock. Thanks again guys

| Got the clock recently and it fits into place perfectly. Only downside is that it didn't come with the plug on the rear so I'm wondering if the plug it takes is a standard of sorts? It looks very similar to the hazard light plug, but I'm not too sure if I can buy the plug anywhere.
A couple more questions again:
1. Is it possible to buy the plug assuming it's a standard?
2. Does anyone have any methods on wiring this into the existing stereo loom without the plug?

No luck so far. Lately I've been focusing more on general maintenance of my Corolla, although recently I installed four new speakers and an amplifier to work with the Graphic Equaliser. Getting all that to look and sound the best has been top priority for a little while now (I say top priority, although it's not very often that I do work on my Corolla. Little bits here and there when I can fit it in between other stuff). - kickfli12 wrote:

If possible that'd be much appreciated! It'll make the installation that much easier and I'd be very grateful. I'll attach a picture of the plug receptacle on my clock, as since the clock has an asymmetrical nook in it, there may be a discrepancy between RHD and LHD clock plugs.
