is the seca the australian version of the ae101?
Seca is the Australian name for the 5-door hatchback Corolla (still called a Corolla though), was both AE101 and AE102 depending on spec.
The Seca name started back with the AE82, although on both the AE82 and AE92 it referred to the 5-door liftback rather than the hatch - we did get a 5-door liftback version of the AE10x but it was badged as a Sprinter (and was a full import rather than locally made). All locally-delivered 10x-12x Corolla hatches had the Seca name/badge somewhere.
AE102 - Charlene the Old Faithful 71.7kw atw, amassing awesome JDM optionsJZZ30 - Lexi the Spacecruiser 1JZGTE>>3SGE. Now an organ donorST162 - Charlie the non-ghey Celica. 3SGE>>4AGE - GOOOOONE
AE82 - Rosie the Bitsa from Hell!, 70.8kw atw. Has been converted into garage space and money at last
KE55 - Billie the Beast. Sadly missed
