Just brake dust and dirt lol, i just want something i can spray on and rinse off that works good.

Try dialuted TFR and leave for a few minutes, if your wheels dont have any chrome bits on. It used to do the job for me when i was a full time valeter.

You have to wipe it off, but I've had excellent results with Autoglym.
I'm usually worried that anything that is strong enough to loosen up road tar and baked-on brake dust so that it can be hosed off without any mechanical assistance (ie your hand and a cloth/brush) is going to damage the clear-coat on the wheels.
