Rear Windshield Defrost Empty
PostSubject: Rear Windshield Defrost   Rear Windshield Defrost EmptyFri Jun 22, 2012 4:44 am

I noticed this in my car near the end of winter, and I didn't pay a whole lot of attention to it as I didn't need it anymore, but my rear windshield defrost stopped working. I would press the button, it would light up, but nothing would defrost in the back. I checked all my fuses and they are all good. Is there something attached to the windshield that could have disconnected in the paneling somewhere?

Theres a box just on the corner of the window that connects to the windshield, theres 2 wires in there if one of those is lose then it wont work.

mostly the metal piece in the mirror in which the wires connecters are attatched snaps of nothing to worry about that it gets resoldered or it could be what ishaq said
